The company, through this site, sells ceramic products such as tiles and glazed mosaic.
3. What contract will be concluded?
After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming your order, approximate delivery time, delivery address, etc. All orders are subject to our acceptance. When we ship the requested material, we will send you confirmation of shipment by email. The contract will be effective when we send you shipping confirmation.
4. Applicable taxes and forms of payment
The quote gives you the total price of the order, it will specify the price of the product, transport and taxes.
Payment for products must be made by bank transfer, paypal or credit card before ordering.
To improve delivery times for equipment, we advise you to send us proof from the bank by email or WhatsApp. This way we can immediately prepare the order.
Once payment has been made, the customer must provide us with their tax details for sending the invoice.
5. Shipping Conditions, Fees and Times
Shipping costs for equipment vary depending on weight, volume and destination.
Our orders are sent to our customers through different transport agencies specializing in heavy and bulky transport.
Delivery time to your home in the UK is 5 to 10 days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery time for other European countries is 4 to 14 days.
We are not responsible for the delay in delivery of the material, this responsibility lies with the Transport Agency.
The goods will be delivered to the customer’s home, outside the building, not being allowed to enter inside private spaces.
If it is impossible to unload the material at the entrance, it will be unloaded at the nearest point.
In the event that we are unable to ship the order for reasons external to the company or in the event of a stock shortage, the money will be refunded in full by bank transfer to the same account number.
6. Buyer’s Rights and Returns Policy
There is always the possibility to cancel the order at any time and without additional costs on your part if the cancellation is made by telephone or e-mail and before the order is invoiced by the carrier.
In the event of receipt of defective material, the customer must indicate this on the delivery sheet provided by the carrier and notify clearancetilesstore.co.uk. It is also useful to take photos of damaged boxes. The claim period must be less than 24 hours, from the time of receipt. Thus, damage caused by the transport agency can be claimed.
Different solutions can be considered to satisfy the customer.
In the event of a defective product, clearancetilesstore.co.uk will either replace the product, reduce the price of the order or cancel it and reimburse it.
For this, the customer has the obligation to report defects in the equipment within two months of delivery, and this before installation of the equipment.
7. Shipping withdrawal period
The customer must return defective material purchased from clearancetilesstore.co.uk within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Returns of products personalized for the customer are not accepted.
Complaints on equipment already installed are not accepted.
If the customer returns an order and everything is in agreement with clearancetilesstore.co.uk, we will reimburse the order by bank transfer.
If the customer does not accept the material for personal reasons, he can return the material to us, but he will be charged for shipping costs.
Our devolution policy at clearancetilesstore.co.uk adapts to the devolution policy of the factory corresponding to your order. A refund will be made after checking the equipment, it must be intact, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
8. Customer Obligations
The buyer has the obligation to provide correct information, as well as postal contact details for quote requests.

The buyer is required to sign the equipment delivery note upon receipt of the goods.
